Information you submit
The pilot and job application forms send the information you provide to our website server. How that information is handled depends on the form you use, as described below.

Pilot requests
The pilot form requires your email address. You can also include your name, company, phone number, country, setup, process focus, or the challenge you would like to discuss. The website forwards these details to us by email, where the message is stored. We use them to reply to your request and continue the technical conversation you started.

Job applications
The application form requires your name, email address, and CV, along with an acknowledgment that you have read this policy. You can optionally provide a phone number, LinkedIn profile, portfolio link, and a short note. We use your application to review your suitability for the role and contact you about the recruitment process.

How applications are handled
The website checks your submission and saves your application details and CV in private Google Cloud Storage in the europe-north1 region for recruitment review. An application is accepted only after its record is saved. An interrupted submission may leave a private CV file even if the application is not accepted. CVs are not made publicly accessible or forwarded to a company inbox. The form does not automatically score or rank applicants.

Application confirmations
After an application is saved, we use the applicant’s email address to send a confirmation. This message identifies the role and contains no CV attachment. Our email service processes the recipient address and message to send it, and the message may be stored in the sender’s and recipient’s email systems.

Recruitment review
Authorized hiring-team accounts can view applications and download CVs through a private dashboard. The team can record recruitment status and review notes, which are stored privately with the application reference. These updates do not automatically email applicants, and the dashboard does not use AI to score applications.

Abuse protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the application form from automated submissions. Cloudflare receives browser and connection signals, including your IP address. Our server sends a verification token to Cloudflare, without your CV or application answers. Verification tokens are not written to our logs or application records. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its processing details. To limit repeated submissions, the website also keeps an identifier derived from connection information and an attempt count in server memory.

Deletion
If you want us to delete your email conversation or job application, including your CV, contact info@3d-components.co and we will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it. Application records are removed manually rather than on an automatic schedule. Deleted files remain recoverable in Google Cloud Storage for seven days and are not removed immediately.
